- 24-hr check-in
When traveling to the beautiful East Cape, there’s no need to rush so you can take your time. We offer 24-hour self-check in to make it easier for travellers to enjoy their journey here. We’ll have instructions ready for you to set up camp so you can make yourself at home. - Rubbish and recycling
At this stage no rubbish or recycling will be accepted on site until further notice. Instead please take your rubbish to the Te Araroa Transfer Station in the Te Araroa township – they also offer free recycling. It’s important that everyone plays a part in caring for our land together. - Hot showers
Enjoy all the wonders of camping in the great outdoors but also the comfort of a nice hot shower. We have coin operate machines available – just $2 for 3 minutes. Conservation is key for preserving the natural resources of the East Cape. - Communal sinks
For cooking and cleaning up meals, we have two outdoor sinks for our guests to use here. - Toilets
You will find separate Men’s and Women’s toilet blocks available for all campers. - No Wi-Fi or mobile phone coverage
